We remain very satisfied customers.Ģ020 Update - ESET Endpoint Protection v7x still in place and performing well and remains unobtrusive and all-seeing protection for our Servers, Workstations, and Laptops.Ģ021 Update - ESET Endpoint Protection v8x is in place and still performing famously. Their new v7 Admin Interface took some getting used to but remains feature rich like their AV Agents and Clients. Sales and Tech Support has remained outstanding as ESET continues to treat us as most valued customers in spite of our somewhat modest licensing counts. ESET has maintained a 100% Virus-Free protection record while staying out of our Server's and User's way with the smallest of footprints for both CPU and RAM utilization. The ESET EndPoint Security Product has provided us with best in class Virus protection for our Servers, Workstations and Laptops in my Central IT Agency and for our Customers who are other State Agencies. I rarely find an opportunity where I can give a product, service and support team a 5 star review across the board but with Sophos I have yet to have any experience that could detract for the rating.
(And we continue to expand the list of Sophos Products in our tool kit) It goes without saying, based on the level of service and support received at that time and seeing the product function under a real time attack - we immediately elected to use Sophos for our EDR solution on a go forward basis. I sent an email to the representatives we had been speaking to earlier in the day to inquire about launch a trial in an effort to protect systems not yet compromised and within 5 minutes we were back on the phone, launching a trial and engaging Sophos's Rapid Response Team. Unknown to us, the previous attacker still had a backdoor into our network, and a few hours after the call with Sales we experienced a major attack.

Ive been working with Trend Products for more than 4 years, and in this time i found that their solutions are really complete, and trustworthy, ive tried another vendors but in the end, we always return to Trend Solutions, specially because of the ecosystem they have build.Īlso when it comes to customer service i have nothing but excellent experiences with their support, all of their engineers are highly trained to attend the issues.Īnd non less important, protection, i cannot be more satisfied with its performance, in the days of wannacry attack, i had to help a customer with the issue, we had OfficeScan deployed in nearly 7,000 endpoints, yes, we had some issues, but from the 7,000 endpoints, we only endup with 12 compures encrypted, and those were not critical computers.Īfter that the client was so satisfied and impressed with OfficeScan performance that they purchased the complete suite and deployed almost every solution trend has to offer back in the day.
